Thetas get a bad rep but tbh the ones who are cool are very cool and very involved on campus outside of their sorority. They are wealthy and have that reputation but majority of people are at Richmond let’s be honest. They contribute a lot to philanthropy and know how to have fun. Definitely not my all-time favorites but a lot less bad than this site makes them seem.

Gotta even out all those self ranks. This is and always will be a middle tier fraternity full of rich north eastern guys pretending to be from the South. It is not and never will be close to top tier.

These lads balanced man program helps build kinder, sweeter, and softer men comparable to the creation of a build-a-bear. They are just as soft on the outside as they are on the inside! Idk how this fraternity was ever considered top tier but nationals has helped change it to the model that the SPE alpha chapter should be: a bunch of soft squids. After SPE loses its last remaining normal class of seniors this year, look for this fraternity to drop among the ranks of Fiji.
