My roommate is a DG, and I can honestly say that these days DGs hardly fit the rep they have. Many of them are very social and do regularly party. I think the stigma is the only thing holding them back from recruiting more women, but for whatever reason, their inclusivity seems to make them less desirable.

Bottom tier fraternity on campus but great brotherhood. Parties are lowkey and different from other fraternities on campus. Overall a decent fraternity.
