delta sig is NOT bottom. They are middle tier. and Theta Xi is not middle. They are def lower tier. Acacia shouldnt even be on the list

Delta sig is definitely upper middle tier. They're extremely involved and despite being kinda nerdy, they're nice guys. And Theta Xi is lower middle but on the rise. Their older guys are kinda lame but they had a solid pledge class and their next one will be good. They stole a bunch of guys from us in rush lol

Top houses:
1. Beta (personal fave)
2. DU (another personal fave)
3. Sig Ep (been there a few times and the guys were nice)
4. Lambda Chi (I personally don't like Lambda chi but the girls in my house always go there)
5. ATO? (I personally don't like ATO at al but for some reason EVERYONE is my pledge class like them..)

If anyone takes these rating seriously then you are an idiot. SAE, Phi Kap, FIJI, Acacia, Phi Delt, Triangle, Delta Chi all suck
