obviously the party houses will have low ratings tke sig chi pike are all way cooler than theta xi or sae

I agree with KSU Greek totally. Beta, DU, Sig Ep, and LCA are the top tier. All have generally nice and attractive guys. We tell our pledge class good things about them.

We also have a list of houses to "stay away from"
Includes: ATO, TKE, PIKE, and SAE.
