Bottom rating as strong houses do not resort to that level of dirty rushing tactics in an attempt to maintain whatever cache they think they have. Unfortunate. Uninspiring. Unimpressive.

I’ve honestly never met an ADPi I didn’t like. The house is full of genuine, down-to-earth girls with a perfect mix of studious girls and party girls. All super pretty and fun to be around. Tend to be known as AD Privileged. One of the top houses in my opinion

This is definitely a house that thinks they are top tier but not... some good girls in here but mainly a very moderate house with little involvement and they just don't seem happy or to love their sorority.

I think ADPi is an amazing house and definitely one of the top houses at K-State due to factors such as having the highest GPA, highest retention rate, etc. But, I am disappointed in the dirty-rushing/bid-promi sing. They’re an amazing sorority but I’d have a lot more respect for them if they upheld their good reputation by not using these tactics during rush week.
