They are the first in grades every semester but they only throw like two parties a year. There are a few cute guys in my class that seem fun but the older guys were creepy. I went there last year as a freshman on fake pattys and had fun. still not a very social house.

These are smart but weird guys. Hard majors but not very involved or athletic. Plus they only have such a high GPA because the rig it by not counting certain people and making initiation for the pledges be a 3.5 or higher. They got caught for doing this a few years ago and got in trouble. 45 members total..good and bad thing I guess.

All what they care about is grades. Rushed their and got a bid but turned it down. Extremely glad I didn't join them after being here for a semester.

Honestly they are underrated. Every time I have ever gone here the guys are super chill and really friendly. They know how to study and have a good time (even if they do rig their grades). Their house just really needs AC because any large parties there are actually miserable. Everyone is hating on them for being small but they are a tight bunch of guys with good heads on their shoulders.
