Smart well put together house. Great leaders and brotherhood. I always feel safe when I am around Theta Xi. They aren’t a big party house, but can have fun when they want to. They have the stigma for being nerds, but I feel like I’ve met a lot of great guys in this house.

One of the best houses at KSU. Always my #1 recommendation. The guys are very genuine and treat everyone superbly. They are all very welcoming, especially their house mom who is an angel!

All the guys are super nice and polite. They are very genuine and do lots of philanthropic work. They are also very smart. A a lot of engineering majors. The house is a nicer house on campus that has been updated in some areas.

Fun and always pretty clean. Won best parties and are always respectful to girls. Tend to be more strict on who they let in guys wise. Usually top GPA I think
