They have the most down to earth guys who always have great parties and great personalities. Never have had a dull time here. Definitely a top house to go to. Girls definitely come here! It's safe, fun and every guy is down to earth.

It's because their the nicest guys and they actually want to talk to you instead of just doing other things. Really good guys and their parties have been good overall! Great group of guys
