The boys either ignore you or just want to get in your pants. My first hand experiences with phi delts have been anything but positive.

Objective review: Phi Delt won homecoming. Top 2 house in grades. Top 3 house intermurals. House is immaculate. Does every house have their exceptions to a rule? Of course. However, top-to-bottom, Phi Delt is easily one of the top all-around houses on campus.

Throws parties pretty often, but not all the time. Almost every single guy in Phi Delt is a model young man. Great academically. If you're thinking about rushing a frat at KState, definitely put this one on your list.
