love this frat. One of my top houses to go to for a party, always have a good time and feel safe! Love the brotherhood and the atmosphere. Although I’d say their middle tier, they’re for sure on the rise

Adpi has some very genuine girls but I’ve heard of issues with their social life and they don’t interact that much with fraternities. Definitely going downhill fast.

This is for sure the boyfriend frat. These guys party HARD for a couple years, and then choose to settle down and are just the most sweet down to earth guys. I’m dating a senior right now and his member class was 👨🏼🍳 💋

They are definitely THE bottom house. Every recruitment they’ll keep every girl they can (they never cut) and if you don’t cut them you’ll have them until perf. Their girls are always a mixed bag because they just want to fill their house, but most of them are kinda overweight and not social.

These guys have been goobers for years but they have always been respectful goobers. They are the guys you would gladly be hoco partners with but you wouldn’t trust them to throw a decent party. Not bad guys by any means but just not frat enough to be considered competition on campus.
