As someone in a sorority that isn't considered to be top. I'd rather social with down to earth frats like Fiji, chi phi, sigma chi and zbt over the top houses because they arnt all complete douche bags that think they are better than everyone else and I always have a great time with them. But that's just my opinion

TKE is over hyped on greek rank because of self ranking. Also Sigma Pi has been going down hill for years. They're not bottom feeder bad but they're lower middle now.

There's no way you could consider them top tier. But they're not the level of Delta Chi, Theta Chi, or AEPi.
TKE and Sigma Pi are average frats

The OP is asking for the WHOLE PACKEAGE like in the sorority post a couple weeks ago.. This is the same ranking we've seen a year for the frats, so how about instead of ranking them based on partying and looks we rank them on their presence, philanthropy, etc. yeah you see lambda letters all over campus but not a single campus activity. SO based on the OP they would not be top..... JUST A THOUGHT
