If your going to join a frat, any of these 4 are good. They all throw great parties and pull the hot sororities. All the other frats are basically herbs and are kind of just there, you don't really hear too much about them.

Dchi

Dchi is decent. After the big four (lambda, pike, tep, sigpi in that order) dchi would be next.

SAE would definitely be below Sig Pi, Pike, and TEP. TEP and Pike party the hardest along with Lambda. Dchi isn't that bad but definitely top tier though. It's probably the fifth or sixth best house. Lambda, Pike, and TEP are easily the best 3 frats fourth would probably be Sig Pi then Dchi.
