Their hell could be yours with a slip on social media, a report from an angry parent whose daughter got alc poisoning at a darty, or any number of ways.

No details other than an email received today. They are done per National. I feel very bad for those not involved as everyone affiliated with this chapter is now feeling the pain. The email was not specific but it appears they received warnings and a remediation plan that was continuously ignored.
