The same people who call the actual top tier frats on here bottom are the same kids impersonating sororities wishing they could consistently social with top sororities

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 1.2 What happened to PIKE. I have watched them go from a top tier frat to a bottom tier frat in 4 years. After this pledge class I think they are going to drop even more and become worse than Delta Chi!
