Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.6 These guys are growing fast. When I was a freshman (Now a senior) This fraternity was filled with freaks. Last spring we socialed with them and they were awesome. Seems like they have had solid rush class after solid rush class. I would say high middle tier and if they get bigger (kinda small) could be considered top tier within a few semesters

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 3.6 They have a fair share of weird guys but I think every frat does. Maybe they just have more? I know one of their social chairs and he's pretty nice and easy going so idk if its the other that people complain about. They have been getting more guys and are near 50 so if they keep boosting numbers I can see them going places socially.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.2 Throw a lot of parties (although it's always the same place). Don't like the whole basement party-thing but they pull it off. Some bad guys (their social chair has a HUGE temper) but their president is chill and mostly everyone is interested in your safety (which I value). They go hard.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.2 Great group of guys, and through great open parties. Not sure who they social with but have never heard anything bad about them. With a few solid pledge classes they could be a top house in a year or two.
