technically still bottom. Their girls have been getting prettier. They have an awful rep but the quality of their girls is improving. I can see them getting to middle tier within a few more PCs, but it depends on how good KD is.

Definitely the move if you're looking for a close knit group of guys who like to party. Frequently social with all the top sororities on campus and have a respectable house with a diverse group of guys.
