False DZ was the top of almost every girls list when I went through.

DZ has one of the most popular philanthropy events on campus and the lowest drop rate. I don't know where you got your Involvement and Sisterhood score from but that's obviously wrong. Also, most of the people who go through recruitment wanting a "recruitment top tier" house end up hating where they end up, but I will just let drop rates speak for themselves.

Look at DZ pref percentage and their retention rate in combination of their positive reputation— hard to deny top tier

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at Kent State University - KSU 2.4 There's so much self ranking on here, its ridiculous. Delta Zeta is the most mediocre sorority on Kent State campus, so it's confusing as to why they thing they are top tier. They're pretty average in looks and you rarely ever see them at parties, but when you do they're blacked out.
