Immaculate vibes, and hot guys. It’s always a great time at Phi Delt. By far have the craziest parties and win just about every philanthropy and intramural. Some people love to hate, but they’re just jealous that we only love the Phi Delt dad bods and not theirs.

Phi delt is a frat on the decline possibly due to them getting a rep for touching women and having the ego of the stereotypical frat boy. There are many great chapters at Kent, but Phi Delt is one that should be avoided and it’s a shock they haven’t been kicked off yet.

Like every Phi Delt I’ve ever seen these guys are creepy and as a woman I never feel safe near them. Their annex has stripper poles and having one of them near your drink is a death sentence. If you go to a phi Delt party, bring loyal friends and refuse any drink offered!

I’ve met some of my closest male friends through this chapter and they all all greet young men. Parties are always so fun to go too and not too crowded. Many of them are very intelligent and good looking

Phi delt is really only know for their chapter house and having a lot of jocks in their frat. Their new members really don’t follow that mold and are the main reason a lot of frats do not like them. Last year kappa sig, sig chi, and pike all made diss tracks about them and had some virality. They only are social with aphi which is one of the main reasons people flock to their parties. I’ll give it to them they are definitely top tier but for all the wrong reasons
