A popular sorority, but most of these girls care very little about their philanthropy. One I spoke with called autism a "disease", showing she was very ignorant to what she was raising money for. This sorority is really a mixed bag when it comes to personality. Some are super easy to talk to and down to earth and others are kinda stuck up. Work on training your girls in conversation during recruitment and ditch the attitudes.

MY BOYSSSSSS. The Phi Delts are hands down some of the best guys I know. They are all such gentlemen and so classy compared to other fraternity guys. I can't say enough good things about them, the more I get to know each and every one of them the more I love them. Their president ain't half bad looking either.

I'm not greek, but I've been around kent for three years now and I know my fair share of sorority girls. I went through rush last year but decided against going greek for personal issues, but alpha phi was by far my favorite… I don't see why they get a bad rep on this website, they are honestly some of the nicest and most REAL girls I've ever met. They keep it classy always. I just think this deserves to be said!
