The house has some good looking guys and a lot of sketchy stoners. Their house is far away but sometimes this works to their advantage.

Ski Lodge has a good open bar set up for smaller parties. Sometimes gets overcrowded at bigger parties. The brothers are tough to label into one stereotype, and overall are fun to hang out with.

I've had bad experiences with them. They have stuff on Thursdays that a couple people go to, but on weekends they can't compete against the bigger and better fraternities. Overall, kinda weird and pretty sketchy.

Their parties aren't anything special and kinda far away but the guys in the house are down to earth and the house is pretty big.
