It's not just Theta Xi, it's the Alpha Chapter of Theta Xi. Top notch quality in each in every area, very diverse yet they make rushees/guests feels right at home. Built on a prime location, seriously it's a frat castle on a hill all it needs is a moat and a few gators to make it complete. Parties are insane the house is packed full each and every time, if you plan on staying after hours be warned it starts to resemble animal house. If you're looking for a true brotherhood, look no further.

Honestly I went to one of their rush events and it was dismal to say the least. Brothers were somewhat weird and had low numbers. Not a brotherhood by any means. Parties are somewhat decent.
