what frats are next in line to get a house?

I've heard that Sig Pi is getting Sig Eps house but I'm sure how true that is. Can anyone confirm this? What other unhoused chapters are next in line to get a house?

I believe SAE has the ability to come back in the next few years and take over the current TKE house that SAE lets them rent.

Iowa city has a moratorium on constructing new Greek houses. I think the Delts tried getting a house too and that didn't work, and I don't think AEPi is allowed to get a house by terms of their recolonization here
