exchange student rush

I'm considering rushing this fall as I'm from England and we don't have fraternities. I'm wanting to get the best experience of college life as possible. Is it possible for an exchange student (despite only being at Iowa for a year) to get bids?

Yes it is. Greek life is welcome to the entire student body.
