That being said, (sorry, I'm about to go all Panhel Love on you all!), hard work and recruitment of great women can totally turn things upside down-for the good OR bad. Every house has it's good sides and bad, and I hope that any PNMs reading this site take it lightly because YOU could be the one to change a chapter's rep! <3

I'm an incoming freshman who was told to ignore this list mainly because top houses (APhi, GPhi, etc.) aren't even listed. What's up w/that?

Top houses @ iowa have brains,beauty, social skills and like to be involved on campus. All will look at your FB page and HS GPA. be ready to talk about your community service involvement. Top houses include in no particular order chi o, dg, theta, aphi. second tier gphi, tridelt kappa. It you are a monster partier PiPhi. good luck
