This topic has already been discussed over and over. You realize that Delta Chi will be starting from zero in 4 years. It will take easily 2 years to get another charter from nationals. Given how UI treats its greek system I'd be surprised if there are any houses remaining. hope everyone enjoys their summer.

That’s cool. They will be without houses and be as relevant as DTD. Yes delta chi and sig nu may suck for a bit, but they will have houses and good cash flow.
