snap bids

What are "snap bids"? Why did Gamma Phi Beta have to give them out? And is this an indicator that they're not a very good sorority anymore?

They've definitely been on the decrease while other sororities are on the rise. Pi Phi and Kappa have basically taken over the G Phi reigns. They don't really go out as much and they are plain boring lately. Snap bids are when they couldn't get enough girls to want them in their final round. In short, the girls they wanted, wanted another house when it came to Pref Night.
