fraternities on probation or tiers

I'm rushing in the fall and want to end up in a good fraternity that will hopefully be around my entire time at UI. What fraternities are currently on probation? What fraternities are on tiers or explain how tiers work? What fraternities are safe on campus and what ones are on the verge of being kicked off?

The Greek system here is extremely strict. If you base a lifelong decision based on who's on probation then you're gonna end up in a loser house. Almost all the relevant houses have gotten/will get put probation. Especially after this years incidences the school is gonna crack down regardless. Don't choose a house that might be/not be on probation, that's a huge mistake.
