This frat has had a humble come-up story over the past years despite the perception that it happened overnight. Although they certainly benefitted from other frats getting kicked off and the renovation a couple years ago, I think the chapter ultimately does have the values of virtue and diligence ingrained in it and kudos to them...it was well earned the position they are in. Outlasting in itself deserves credit in the fraternal system and I do believe it has had some authentic leaders along the way that made sure it toe’d the line properly without losing itself to degeneracy. I think it’s written in the stars that this will be a perennial top house at the University of Iowa as it was for the greater part of the last century

Sorry I just haven't been too impressed with these guys...seem to be more into each other than actual girls, love to talk about how they only associate with "top sorority girls", live in the bars with no interest in anything other than drinking and smoking. But then this seems to be all of the frat guys at uIowa? Some very good looking, others downright homely (and somehow the unattractive ones have the worst attitudes). Great brotherhood because...they really seem to like each other.

Really sweet guys, atleast the last couple of classes. A lot have girlfriends which isn’t typical but still throw a fun social. Basically own DCs w the amount of guys working security and behind the bar. Solid #2 frat on campus

lmao sig ep must have a pretty big budget to pay to delete anything that talks badly on them

Most of them are stuck up, dont like associating with anyone beyond their pledge class and other frat brothers when out at the bars.

The Sig ep at iowa used to suck not gonna lie but their new classes, juniors and below, know how to throw good socials without being creepy (@ Fiji). Favorite parties to sneak into without a doubt, just flirt and the doormen don’t know the difference

Honest review: Barely, best top tier; only because they have lots of decent (some dope, some not it) members that aren't douchebags and have a great house. However, they are getting big-headed and it probably won't end well.

Sigep has one of the nicest houses on campus and is a top house. The guys in Sigep also know how to have a good time.

Idk why they think a big pledge class and a house renovation makes them a top house. They think quantity is better than quality for recruitment, they always ask us to come to their parties but the only girls there are always just weird groupies lol, not the worst frat but there's so many better options
