These guy's have a nice house and a solid group of guys, but the obvious and massive quantity of self-ranks is pretty discerning. I have always felt that they have had solid upperclassmen leadership, but the younger guys have this aroma of tryhardness that is pretty evident. Overall, they are at the top of the Upper Middle Tier Fraternities and could easily overtake Phi Psi as more of the smart and preppy top tier house but in the end the House doesn't make the Fraternity.

These kids throw awesome parties and are a ton of fun to hang out with. They are super hot as well.

Phi Delt was in trouble but they have recently come storming back. Have had a few socials with them and they are good looking classy guys who know how to treat a girl right. Sig Chi and Sig Epp all think they're badass frat stars, but Phi Delts are humble gentlemen. Simply my favorite fraternity on campus!:)

The person who made the rank below this one is clearly a Phi Delt because within five minutes of that up rank being posted, three other fraternities in the same area were down ranked. I guess we know which house is the Greek Rankers

See these guys at DC's and around Iowa City. They actually talk to girls and don't just try and buy them drinks to get in our pants. Overall genuine, fun, respectful and the type of guy I want to date in college. Not stuck in the high school days of high top sneakers and ranky clothes.
