Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 4.0 I did rush this chapter over the past few days. Unfortunately, I was informed tonight that they would not be offering me a bid to this organization. However, I still think highly of this chapter. The guys in this fraternity were very professional to me during rush and were definitely one of the most sociable group of guys I spoke with this weekend. What stood out to me the most is the fact that these guys have such a strong, tight-knit brotherhood even though they have over 100 guys. The house is probably the best of all fraternity houses and they do a better job than others in keeping their chapter house clean. If all else fails, I will certainly rush this fraternity again in the fall.

A kid they bid even posted on his instagram, "thank you to Phi Delt for the early bid. " A few PNM's mentioned they wouldn't give house tours during rush because the place wasn't presentable, which is ridiculous.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 4.0 Good house on campus, mostly good guys. Seems like they care more about partying than school which will not be good in the long run. Overall one of the top houses though.
