I feel bad that girls are so mean to them during recruitment. They are a very nice chapter it just isn't what a lot of people look for. If you don't like them in recruitment, suck it up and at least talk to them. You don't have to be blatantly rude so you get cut.

I'm very surprised at these ratings. I don't think theta is the top house on campus but they are definitely up there. Every theta I have met is fun and super nice. If I was Greek I would want to be a theta probably

some of the girls are alright but they are defiantely going downhill fast.... look at their pledge class. forget about them all the time.
