Such an awesome sorority everyone ive met is so sweet! Keeps things classy but always a good time. A good balance between school, sisterhood, and social life. Their PCs always seem to be super close and overall have a super close knit sorority

Thetas are know for being all-around great girls. They have a strong focus on academics but also make time to be social. From what I’ve heard the girls are close knit and friendly with one another, and every Theta I’ve met has been a sweetheart. I’m not in a house but if I was I think Theta would be a strong contender

i dont know many thetas, but the ones i have met have seemed very nice, im hoping that its past surface-level niceness as i only had class with them. but aside from that they are really pretty girls who value their academics and leadership opportunities. they just seem like real, normal girls, who are also absolutely gorgeous.

hot girls. smart and know how to party but never get sloppy. they're intimidating but sweet girls overall

My honest review? This chapter seemed really welcoming in the beginning and lots of the members we’re super friendly superficially. Although, once you look past their exterior they are just like any other group of girls. They talk down other sororities that aren’t deemed top tier at Iowa. I have also noticed a lot of them pretend to be friends with you only to drop you in the end. I guess be weary of who you’re friends with in this sorority not all of them are trustworthy.

Theta is an extremely well-known sorority that highly values academics, integrity, work ethic, and trust. They are actively involved with the Iowa community and school and puts all their efforts into creating mature, strong, and independent women.

Very genuine girls who are good looking and pretty smart. They get along with everybody. Only thing is their house is far like kappa aphi and zeta

Literally the best women, so nice, pretty, smart, so perfect I love them. Everyone I met is so friendly and fun, they are the best house on campus.
