people need to stop focusing on past top houses and face that things have changed. NEW top houses are dg aphi theta chio axo. gphi kappa and pi phi are just partiers. that's it. these other houses have more quality to them.

It's a shame this house gives a terrible impression of Beta Theta Pi to Iowa. Betas run campuses everywhere else but this kids know how to dirty the name. Damn shame.
