Fraternity ranks with descriptions and trends

by:

Upper
Sig Chi -
Either love them or hate them no in between but they have the best house since Phi Psi won’t be back till 2024

Theta chi v
Nice house on frat row but they seem to always find themselves in some type of drama

Kap Sig -
Tough to be top tier without being near frat row but they’re able to do it because their house is nice enough and brothers are typically chill

Middle
Phi Tau ^
Usually opens at least once a week which is good for potentials and their location is on frat row however their party room can get too crowded at times

Sig Pi ^
Brothers are typically chill and always welcome potentials but their move back to their big house behind wallwork will be huge for them in the Fall

KDR -
Has good location and brothers can be chill but it’s hard to compete with other houses in their location

PSK -
House isn’t too big but brothers are liked and it isn’t a bad location plus there’s usually a chance they’re open once a week

Lower
PMD ^
You can always rely on PMD throwing an open party every weekend which is extremely nice and their numbers aren’t as low anymore however their house is up for rent and I don’t know what that means for them

Phi Delt -
Location is far but is by hockey which helps and their house is really nice however you don’t really hear much about them throwing anything which hurts them

Acacia - Location isn’t bad but needs to badly up their numbers to stay alive on campus
