This do be true, except I’d maybe place Pi Phi equal or even slightly above Tridelta. Both are known for being smaller and less social, but Pi Phi is still new and has a better mix of girls and more potential to grow

AXO is falling. I think Theta is on the rise low key. AXO girls are mean and Theta girls are much better. I would have top Phi Sig and Theta. Then AXO
