Only GEEDS think chi o is top tier which is why PNMS think they want chi o when literally no one in Greek life likes chi o... They're only top to the GEEDS of ISU and I guess they're okay with that

Chi o's are well-trained to make everyone enjoy their recruitment parties. Then after you've been to a few you begin to notice how the parties are still a lot of fun to be at, but you aren't becoming more well-acquainted with their women. It's almost like they keep you at a social distance but you like them anyway. Then suddenly you aren't invited to their pref party, and you will love them forever but never wear their pin. That's the Chi o mystique.
