1. If you actually take greek rank seriously or use it to defame a chapter, you're a moron.
2. If any chapter gets in trouble/kicked it makes the whole OSU greek system look bad. Letters aside, we're all on the same team. The greek system is dying and if you enjoy your house, chapters need to unite. This is why OSU's greek system will never be as good as bama's or any southern school.

While I like your general message I don't think that OSU Greek life needs to aspire to be like Alabama. Despite the distinct tiers and inter-chapter feuds, OSU Greek life is relatively welcoming and laid back. In the deep south if you're anything but Lily white you're not getting a bid. If you're not straight you're not getting a bid. If you're not from the right private school you're not getting a bid. Alabama is in the middle of nowhere like Miami, OH so Greek life has historically been a big part of both because what else are you going to do?
