Why is everyone so afraid to say that THETA ISN'T TOP TIER anymore. they've been riding off of a dead reputation for awhile now and they're new PC isn't helping, so can we all just admit that they are not in the same tier as pi phi and DG

Theta is still top. Every school has a well rounded house in their top tier and theta is ours. They fill a niche and honestly won't move unless chi o or kd start to do drastically better

is "thot" supposed to be funny? Seems to be the word of the obsessive theta hater on here. Theta got a great pledge class as did Alph phi, DG, KD, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Chi O etc .. with that many pnms everyone got great classes.. Give it a rest bitter haters, try to enjoy your own house

lol theta is considered "classy" by some people because they don't do anything!!! they dont go out, they dont have good personalities and they're average looking at best. the only thing they have going for them is that they're really smart and have a really nice house. people are just conditioned to think that theta is a top house bc they have been for so long but rankings change and theta isnt top anymore.
