I think that this upper and lower top, middle and bottom is very descriptive and difficult to determine in my opinion. Here are the rankings made a little simpler. There is no order in each particular tier. Please comment your opinions but please take into account the new pledge classes!
Top: Pi Phi, DG, Theta, Alpha Phi, KD
Middle: Chi O, AXiD, AGD, Tri Delt
Bottom: AOPi, AEPhi, AChiO, Gamma Phi, DZ

I don't think you can actually rank without splitting up the middle. KD and APHI are good, but not enough to be top; and fuzzy and a chi o arent bottom but aren't quite middle either
TOP: pi phi, theta, dg
Upper mid: kd aphi, chi o
Mid: AGD tri delt
Lower mid: fuzzy a chi o
LOWER but not quite bottom: aephi, gphi
Bottom: dz aopi

I think it's safe to say Gamma Phi is at least lower mid at this point. more relevant than AXO and fuzzy

at first pc look, maybe switch chi o and tri delt. kd might move down based on what I saw
