the "big/top" houses. delt(sort of) up to sig chi, kappa sigma, phi psi.
many times top frats will take "funner" girls over "hotter" girls. They are simply more fun to party with, while hot girls can be very boring!!
they hang out with whoever they want to, really. If they want the fun girls, they go [tri delt, dg, alpha phi], if they want the classy girls, they go [chi0, kappa, theta], etc

Delt and Sig Chi are not "top houses." Kappa Sig is only up there because of their house.
