Phi Tau secretly D Chi

Never seen anyone walk in or out of the D Chi house, they used to be outside all the time in their little chair playing die but then fell off the face of the earth. Then all of the sudden phi tau is sitting in their little chair playing die with their shirts off this year? Coincidence I think not, no one would want to admit they’re in D chi so they all secretly became phi tau

I actually have heard rumors of this. But I was hearing DChi has been operating under Sig ep. I think Phi Tau has just been on the touse journey.
