Why does Chi O have multiple transgender members? Sororities are for biological women. Why is PHA allowing this?

Chi Omega doesn’t have any transgender members, and not because the chapter is anti-trans. They aren’t allowed to. Chi Omegas nationals don’t accept transgender individuals. Only AGD, Alpha Chi Omega, DG, (potentially Pi Phi), and Kappa officially accept transgender members.
