Theta chi is not better than apes

Okay I get APES being in a rough spot right now and considerably lower. But are we seriously going to sit here and say Theta Chi is higher than them. Like it’s wayyy better to be an off brand DKE than an off brand Beta lmao. Theta Chi should be the one ranked next to Fiji not APES.
