What’s the point in paying of you don’t show up

Why do so many juniors and especially seniors pay for greek life but never participate? They go to at max two date parties but never show up to pairs, philanthropy, or even hang. It’s an even bigger problem on the “top” chapters like APhi, Pi Phi, KD, Sig Chi, DKE, and Phi Psi.

Sig chi and phi psi aren’t top chapters. Beta and KDR are better at this point
