by: TruthEveryone actually involved in Greek life at this school that goes out and knows people in a lot of frats and sororities agree with this. PiKapp is not a top frat at this school, it’s nowhere near Delt DKE or Sigma and still pretty far behind SAE PKP and Ksig. No top frat would even consider pairing with PiKapp, their social chairs get laughed off the phone when they try. No top tier girls or just hot girls in other sororities go to their parties. You do get a lot of KD girls but the hot ones go to Delt and sigma anyway. No amount of self ranking on here will convince anyone that you’re top. Please put down the phone.

exactly. freshmen run on this site being like “it’s all been this way”. no it hasn’t and you’ll learn fast. the ONLY frat to be consistently too is sig chi and now they’re finally losing it. you can easily look at any rank for each year to confirm that it changes EVERY YEAR.
2020- phi psi, sig chi, ksig, sammy, phi delt, ato
2021- sig chi, phi psi, delt, apes, acacia (short lived peak)
2022- sig chi, dke, delt, sae, apes, pikapp
