What would you do?

Basically this guy in sig chi keeps sticking his finger in my bra. At spring block he kept putting his pinky finger in my bra. We snapped a little bit before this but i cant tell if thats normal for sig chi guys to do because sometimes I think they are weird. This is my first time talking to a sig chi guy because normally I go to delt.

Had a finger stuck somewhere else if you know what I mean. Not all sig chi are like that but some def are creepos
