There aren’t 6 top frats. The top 3-4 are all similar, pair with each other, and hang out mainly with the top 3 sororities. The other frats are great but there is only 3-4 top frats

If you put dke and apes in the top 4 you’re an idiot. If we’re doing it by that logic then Sae is forsure top 4 and we all know that’s not true. There’s a top 2 in delt and sig chi then there’s the next 4 dke, pikapp, ato, apes

Yes and no. Honestly it’s Delt then a giant gap to 2 and 3 which is Sig Chi and DkE just because they pull such exclusive crowds and their parties have been lacking. But the whole “top 3” thing is myth. We’ve seen girls from all tops go everyone and frats still suck when they’re there. SAE and PiLam are good examples. They get Pi Phis and KDs but just suck and are barely even lower mid.
