Two things are gonna start a riot but
1. Theta lost PiKapp to KD, they had to start relying on Theta Chi and KSig more. Biggest thing is no good PCs left. Last years was skating by decent but this year was not good considering Zeta, DZ, and AGD got better ones. KD and Tri Delt got what Theta used to recruit.
2. AEPhi may be mean and they may haze but they have attractive girls and DKE/APES wrapped around their finger. The newest PC is incredible nice but PC 21 has some issues that still makes them lower. I just think they need some minor tweaks done internally.

Well that is literally alpha phi’s national recruitment policy and it works. Alpha phi went from middle house here to top in like 10 years by focusing on looks above all else.
