Block partner should matter a little

How is tri delt so high if they pair with Beta and fuzzy pairs with kdr. Kappa pairs with pikapp so how are these sororities in the same line if one pair is drastically better

But Tridelt will most likely have beta or KDR again while kappa will go down to pair with Acacia next sem

Aphi is still aphi regardless of who they pair with
