how does cob even work

could anyone explain the cob process and when it all starts? also does anyone know what chapters might do it?

each chapter can do their own thing. not a formal rush like primary though

They have events in the fall go to phas website to sign up

COB starts after BID day. You can sign up on the PHA website and you will get unifications of which houses are participating in COB.

There are usually not many spots but give them all a try anyway. OSU has great houses.
